My name is Vic and I’ve been helping busy business owners look good and win work online for 15 years.

I’ve made hundreds of sites for small businesses and advised on digital marketing, systems, and tools... things many small business owners view as the bane of their existence.

If you’re struggling with your Squarespace website, I’m here to help. Maybe you like your site but need some tweaks you can’t figure out how to do. A super support call lets you ask questions in real time. I walk you through your site, and make sure everything works well together.

This is different from Squarespace’s support. While they do offer live chat (on an increasingly limited basis), there’s certainly no live screensharing, and if you’re trying to do something that’s not supported or covered in their official help docs, they’re gonna say “Good luck with all that.”

This is also different from the Squarespace forum - which is a great place to find custom code tweaks and out-of-the-box solutions, but if you can’t figure out how to implement them for yourself, you’re up a creek without a paddle.

No need to stress about being fully ready. Just come with your questions and ideas. (And any necessary files and/or written words.)

I’ll guide you to achieve as much as we possibly can in our time together. We'll share screens, make live updates, and if you want, I can make the changes for you or guide you through them.

Each session is 60 minutes. So it’s good for us to have clear goals and a focused approach. If you need more time, you can book another hour. We’ll wrap up a few minutes before the end of the hour to discuss next steps. Post-call, I’ll provide resources, a video recording, and detailed notes of what we accomplished.
